Verify your account with a one-time code and agree to the community guidelines. Everyone you meet has done the same.
Find a pet nearby
Browse pets in your area, read their house rules and reviews, and request a visit of one to four hours.
Meet with the owner
Your first visit with any pet starts with the owner present, so everyone can get comfortable.
Enjoy it, return on time
Walk, play or relax. The app keeps track of the visit and reminds you before it ends. Then you both leave a review.

Verified members
Every member verifies their account with a one-time code before they can request or host a visit, and confirms they are 18 or older.
Welfare limits
Visits last 1 to 4 hours, with at most one visit per pet per day and five per week. Owners can set shorter limits.
Owner present the first time
A first meeting always happens with the owner there, at a place they choose.
Emergency screen
During a visit, one tap shows local emergency numbers, the pet's vet and the owner's contact details.

Both sides review every visit. Reports are read by a real person on our safety team.
Tomopaw does not provide insurance. Owners should check their own pet or home insurance before lending.

Is this pet rental?
No. Owners lend their pets for free and are never paid for a visit. Members pay Tomopaw a membership for verification and safety tools, not for access to any animal.
How long can a visit be?
Between one and four hours. Owners can set a shorter maximum, and each pet has at most one visit a day so they never get worn out.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older who verifies their account with a one-time code. Owners confirm their pet is healthy, vaccinated and has no history of biting.
Which animals are on Tomopaw?
Dogs, cats, rabbits and small pets like guinea pigs. No exotic, wild or farm animals.
What if something goes wrong?
The emergency screen shows local emergency numbers and the pet's vet in one tap. Report any incident in the app and our safety team follows up. Tomopaw does not provide insurance.
